Description
Qjori is the senior statesman here at Patou Alpacas and is the lifeblood of our herd. He has had such an influence here since we purchased him from Bob and Diane Hey on a visit to Tasmania in 2009.
A big strong solidly built macho with a super-soft, fine, dense and bright fleece and colour throughout his pedigree, Qjori is an absolute dream for breeders of coloured alpacas. Couple his physical attributes with his gentle nature and he has been an absolute pleasure to own from day one.
With over 80 progeny on the ground now (2017) Qjori has proven himself as a great producer of colour. Invariably he throws black from black and brown from brown and he has also thrown some wonderful greys when put over light coloured females.
If you are after colour and a buttery-soft handle Qjori is definitely the male for the job.
