Description
Nero Black Burgess is a very attractive, outstanding bay black male. He has had a very successful show career winning multiple championship, the pinnacle of which was being awarded Champion of Champions Huacaya Black Fleece in 2022.
Burgess has excellent fleece coverage and frame - his fleece is very fine with uniformity in both colour and micron and an extremely soft handle. He is demonstrating incredible longevity of fineness. This is evidenced by his fleet sample tested in January this year at 20.1mic.
With a wealth of genetics behind him and a fantastic phenotype Burgess will make an excellent Black Stud for any serious colour breeder.
Having worked here this summer and some mobile matings he has proven his ability with half a dozen females spitting off.
Nero Black Alpaca is a member of the Sure Farm Herd Surveillance Program and Burgess is available for export to Northern Ireland or Europe, as early as May 2023.
